While going through the mission, I realized my game was stuttering a lot while driving to the impound. It seems similar to what happens in Witcher 3 when hair effects are disabled and GTA runs on default settings while Witcher 3 is set to high. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Did you verify that no background programs are consuming memory or system resources? Are your game and graphics driver versions current? As someone who prefers a 144Hz refresh rate, I’d advise against it.
