It seems like someone is questioning the situation or making a joke about it.
understand why I mentioned the new theme is not good? it’s hard to grasp two things at once on that. in the old version everything is displayed together neatly, you can adjust what to show and how they appear, like in mine where FPS, Temps, Mem clock, and usage are all visible together. with the new theme you can’t even see two graphs side by side.
