I5 8250 u radeon 520 intel uhd 620
just installed GTA IV cannot increase graphics option
hitting 50+ frames
using commandline. no memrestrict no restrictions blah blah blah..
still can't change the options
help

Where exactly are you implementing the command line switches? Are you using the retail RGSC edition of GTA IV or the Steam version?
