I've never noticed system restore leaving the program files folder untouched, no matter what's inside. This feature ensures the machine can be restored even after a damaging software is installed.

Multiplayer isn't editable. The story mode in GTA 5 was updated sometime recently, but the exact date isn't specified here.

The story mode remained unchanged; only the multiplayer version was updated. Therefore, these mods will continue to function in the story mode of GTA 5. Just adhere to all instructions provided.
