CPU and GPU usage remains constant while experiencing performance drops, potentially indicating a lack of CPU power due to GTAV's heavy reliance on the CPU. Investigate if these low values persist to determine if a CPU bottleneck exists. He may be limited by either the GPU or the CPU.

I concur that my research and conversations with others indicate Ryzen CPUs experience issues with the GTA 5 night scene. Consequently, I inquired about changes in CPU/GPU percentages. My objective is to identify the game setting primarily impacting CPU performance.

If CPU and GPU usage remain consistent across nights and days, potential frame rate differences might indicate a lack of VRAM or GPU power (unlikely in this case). Physics calculations could disproportionately affect the CPU at night. I have a Ryzen system and can test GTA to observe if this impacts my experience.
