I've never experienced this problem with any game except GTA 5. When exploring the map, there are moments it jerks or stutters, which is quite bothersome and makes me reluctant to play. Could you tell me what might be wrong? I've tried DDU already and updated the WHQL drivers without success. Maybe it requires VSync? I'm not sure.

In GTA V, if vSync isn't used, the game won't run smoothly. You might want to turn off the shader cache in the Nvidia control panel.

Hey there, friend. I really needed that fix here. It’s frustrating dealing with all this VSync stuff. I’m using a 60Hz monitor, but I’m just holding my breath for the new Sammy 49" model. I’m planning to buy it soon—it’s going to cost around 2000 dollars. Though I know it’ll drop to 1500 eventually, but time is running out. I’m tired of years of 60Hz screens. Back in the day, I was using a Sony FW900 with a 22.5-inch display that showed 2560x1440 at 80Hz. Games ran smoothly without any blur or lag. But then it crashed, and I had to buy another one. That one cost me 2000 dollars back in 1999. Now, after all these years, I’m paying 2000 again for a TV we thought was impossible back then. Flat screens really started becoming popular around 2000. I was at a show in Vegas last year and saw an amazing booth with huge flat TVs, plasma, and LCDs. Everyone was amazed!
