It wouldn’t be a big issue if you could begin fresh using the identical key. You’ll need to create a new R* account and buy the game again.

I don't cheat. I'm not a cheater. However, I managed to hack Sim City, and SHIFT FUND gave me extra cash, though I wasn't competing against people.
