Verify the system details, it appears the iGPU is being used instead of the MX330.

It might be relying on the igpu library. Turn off igpu in the device manager or BIOS if you can.

In the task manager, while playing GTA IV, you notice activity displayed in the 3D area of the NVIDIA GPU.
