I possess a Ryzen 7 5800x, an Asus X570 Tuf gaming plus, 32GB (4x8) 3600MHz Trident Z, TT 360mm Ring Plus Premium aio, 7 Cooler Master Prismatic 120mm fans, a 1050W Enermax Maxtytan 80plus Platinum PSU, 1 TB Samsung 970 Evo plus NVMe, 500 GB Firecuda 520 NVMe, and a 2 TB Samsung 860 2.5" SSD. The RGB lighting on the RAM (usually one module but not identical each time) is displaying flickering under static colors or when patterns are applied. I also experimented with another set of Trident Z Royal S and a 16GB (2x8) 3600MHz Trident Z, both encountered the same issue. It appears the problem isn't tied to a specific module or fan control port. I removed the default Patriot Viper software, which seems to install automatically on the motherboard. I haven’t used any additional software for the fans. Anyone has a solution for this?

Since RGB isn't part of Microsoft's systems, it's likely managed by another third party—often the device manufacturer or its motherboard. Because Patriot doesn't offer motherboards or fans, a separate RGB control system might be involved. This could be the source of your problem.
I don't use any specific RGB software, but I'm familiar with common options like Adobe RGB, sRGB, and ProPhoto RGB.
