Not really, though I don't focus much on GTA mods. There were a couple at release... And once it slowed down, it seemed to fade. If you look for a GTA mod set, you'll find plenty of options (a creation pack for GTA).

Those kinds of changes? Yeah, they’re like hacks. I’ve heard from friends that the hackers are really wild. There’s also someone who crafts their own mods—probably it’ll only get more complicated as people start purchasing GTA V at the sale.
