PC refuses to start. Screen displays “No Display” then switches to power-saving mode. This setup is nearly three years old; I replaced the GPU once it failed, but issues persist. I’ve repositioned both the old and new GPUs several times and double-checked all connections without success. Details: CPU Ryzen 5 3600, motherboard Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS ATX AM4, previous GPU MSI Radeon RX 5600 XT, new GPU XFX Speedster SWFT 319, 6 GB RAM, Cosair Vengeance LPX 16 GB DDR4, power supply EVGA 600 BQ 600W.
