Hi everyone, I have a Ryzen 5 2600 that isn’t overclocked because of my old motherboard. I’m considering a medium overclock and am thinking about budget options, especially B450 boards. Since I can only use M.ATX motherboards, any recommendations would be great!
Your current setup is an A320. You might want to give it a small overclock to test the results. If you're considering a replacement, a B450 board offers better value compared to spending over $100 to improve performance on the 2600, which won't be worth it.
I suggest the MSI B450 mortar—it's essentially the top choice for a B450 mATX setup while staying quite budget-friendly. The bazooka works well too, but the mortar offers a slight edge and should easily handle overclocking a 2600.
