Hello! Your Epson Workforce WF 7720 is now producing grayscale on red/purple shades when printing on matte paper. The images attached show the problem before and after. I’m not sure if any settings were changed, but I haven’t reset the printer or looked into cartridge levels. It seems the ink might be running low, which helped a bit but didn’t fully fix it. See the first picture for reference. Your recent print was perfect, but today’s output shows noticeable purple tones. I’m hoping someone can assist since this is urgent—I have no warranty left and can’t contact official support. Thanks in advance for your help!
Ensure your print heads are connected and consider cleaning them if necessary.
