I'm attempting to turn on VTX for Bluestacks but encountering a gray screen in BIOS. Despite being able to boot into Windows, the setup process fails. How can I resolve this issue?

Check the BIOS on your HP prebuilt using the serial number to determine if a BIOS update is required.
