I have been experiencing stuttering in games for an extended period. Typically, I run games such as Forza Horizon 4 at a frame rate of 60 or higher, but I frequently encounter brief drops to 2 or 3 frames followed by a return to 60. I observed that the issue is linked to texture blur, which resolves when the textures become clear, indicating the stutter's origin. I replaced my hard drive and reinstalled my computer to address this, but the problem persists. My drivers are current, game DVR is disabled, and power options are set to high performance.

MY PC SPECIFICATIONS:
Geforce GTX 1050 TI 4GB
i5 4460 3.2 GHz
8gb Ram DDR3
Seagate 2TB 7200 RPM 256MB

It sounds like it's experiencing performance issues due to running low on texture quality and requiring frequent loading from the hard drive. Consider increasing your RAM or upgrading to an SSD for improved performance.

It sounds like it’s running low on texture quality and needs to load data from the hard drive. Increase your RAM or use a solid-state drive.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I can no longer play any games, not even FIFA, despite previously having all games working fine. Suddenly, all games shut down with screen tearing and other issues, significantly damaging my gaming experience. Since then, I haven’t played any games, and my CPU temperature rises to 99°C causing the laptop to shut down. Are there any solutions?

Reinstall your NVIDIA drivers, even if they are current. I experienced unusual problems with a 2060 SUPER several months ago. Additionally, verify that you are not attempting to run any on-screen displays, as these can occasionally cause difficulties.
