My graphics card, a 1660, runs games at 60 frames per second. While gaming, it consistently reaches a utilization rate of 20-25%, occasionally jumping to 100% before causing the games to crash. I've already reduced the voltage, but the problem persists. Are there other potential causes? My drivers and Windows are currently on the latest versions.

Could you provide a comprehensive hardware specification list? Please include the manufacturer and model number of your power supply unit, as well as the CPU and GPU temperatures experienced while playing games.
