That’s my inclination, but I haven't observed other users experiencing this issue, so I suspect it may be related to my own setup. Perhaps you should investigate the activation forums?

PS: This title has unfortunately developed a poor reputation regarding NVIDIA drivers since its release.

I’m inclined that way too, but I haven't encountered anyone else with this problem, leading me to believe it could be an issue on my end. I wouldn’t concern myself too much about it. If the problem persists beyond the next driver update or occurs with other games, then further action would be needed.

It’s been ongoing for a while, yet hopefully, a resolution will emerge shortly.

Have you attempted to revert your drivers to an earlier version?

I haven't, but this has been occurring since launch; would reverting my graphics card drivers truly make a difference?

Indeed, it is highly likely that it would. That’s the initial advice Activision support typically provides.

Even if those older drivers still contained the same problem?

Well, its the point of uninstalling and reinstalling a completely different driver. Not just if the old driver had issues. Its worth a shot at least.

Hello, I’m experiencing the identical issue and identified the root cause.

When Call of Duty isn't running with the highest process priority, performance suffers. I verified this by increasing COD’s priority to match that of OBS, which resolved the problem perfectly. However, other applications frequently crashed due to having two processes competing for high priority.

Consequently, based on which program holds the highest priority setting, you may need to adjust it. Unfortunately, I cannot lower OBS’s priority as that would negatively impact encoding. Therefore, this isn't a viable option for me.
