Thanks for the feedback! I understand now that some of these issues occur for others too, particularly the strange reflections. However, the game appearing poorly on my PC likely stems from a faulty monitor. I switched to another 1080p screen, and the problems diminished significantly. It appears my monitor might be damaged.
