GPUZ mentioned the perfcap issue is due to Vrel .Vop and power specs are shown in the images below on my PSU. It's a 1000W rog strix gold, purchased just a month ago, brand new. Thanks for your assistance!

There’s always a valid explanation for the perfcap result, except when it’s idle. As long as your GPU runs smoothly without crashes, it performs correctly or overheats—no cause for concern.
