I refer to these as micro stutters—it’s barely noticeable, perhaps a few times per game or just doesn’t happen. With FPS capped at 143, it could drop to 135 and then quickly recover.

You'll notice occasional minor drops in performance, which is normal. This older graph shows how CPUs fluctuate over time. Remember ~16ms equals 60 frames per second, and 4MS means more than 200 frames. Eventually, at some point on this chart, all these processors will fall below 60fps sometimes.
