I received: GPU 1060 3gb CPU AMD FX 8350 8 cores 4GHz RAM Corsair Vengeneance 3x4gb DDR3 Power supply 650 watts. When playing games like GTA V I experienced FPS drops and the CPU would drop to around 1.36 GHz while maintaining 60 FPS. Then it would briefly hit 3/4 FPS for a few seconds before returning to normal. At 10% usage I saw 60/80% and then dropped to 20% with noticeable lag. I changed the thermal paste thinking it caused throttling, but temperatures stayed stable so there seems to be another issue. The temperature display works during gaming and the task manager shows drops during lag spikes.
