Occasionally, while gaming, my graphics card utilization decreases to zero, causing the game to momentarily freeze. My system specifications are a Ryzen 3 2200G, an RX Vega 1660 6GB, and 8 GB of RAM.

CPU usage is approximately 95-100%. PSU: Corsair CX500. GPU temperature is 60°C. CPU clock speed is 3.7 GHz across all cores. CPU temperature is 65°C. RAM usage is around 70%.

It’s a new Windows 10 installation, approximately one month old. I'm using the stock cooler and it’s already overclocked.
