my pc is brand new and it's working well in windows, but during gaming the gpu usage fluctuates between 88% and 0%, cpu usage ranges from 45% to 65%, which causes my fps to decrease. the components are: cpu ryzen 5 2400g, gpu amd rx 480 8gb, motherboard asus prime a320m-k, ram hyperx 2x4gb 2666mhz, and ssd gigabyte 240gb.

New PC? Your 480 reached 90c even without constant 100% usage. Verify if the fan is functioning or return it.

Sorry for the delayed response, the fan is functioning, but my prescription is new and I purchased it from another seller.

I wouldn't think of it as an issue unless there are major problems with connections or movement.
GPU usage shows how often the GPU was active during a short time frame, usually about one second. This doesn't always mean performance is affected.
