Someone can clarify why your 3080 only achieves 60 fps during the time benchmark. Checking the screenshot will show inconsistent GPU usage, which might explain the performance issues.

Monitor reads 165, fixed at that level without limits. Just discovered Port Royal won’t work. I10700f RTX 3080

XMP is activated. The 2999Mhz power supply works well, staying under 70 on both GPU and CPU. I’m using a 240 AIO cooler with a Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite AX.
