My PC, a Xeon X5680 featuring 16GB of RAM and an original GeForce GTX 770 with 2GB of VRAM on GTA V, ran at medium/high settings at 1080p with minimal lag. After upgrading to a new Radeon RX 580 boasting 8GB, I’m experiencing very slow gameplay with frame rates between 18 and 33 FPS. I haven't been able to locate a relevant solution online. I noticed several YouTube videos demonstrating the RX 580 running smoothly on Ultra settings. I require assistance in resolving this issue.

Employ a display driver remover tool and reestablish fresh drivers. A complete operating system installation might also be necessary.
