Hi, I heard you sold your RX7700XT in January. Your PC has been idle for about four months now. You’ve got a new 1060 for testing, but it won’t boot at all. Could there be an issue with the new GPU or something related to the old one?

Reinstall the 1060 in the PCIe port and confirm all connections are tight. If the problem continues, restart the BIOS or erase the CMOS, then verify for conflicting drivers.

Confirm the 1060 functioned prior to adding it to your setup. Have you attempted a full reinstall? Consider utilizing onboard graphics if they are present.
