You should carefully try to slide the GPU out gently, avoiding force. If it still gets stuck, check for any debris or bent pins and clean the area before proceeding.

I would begin by taking out the small cable beneath the graphics card, then reinsert it completely, and attempt to remove it while pressing the lock firmly. Occasionally these locks require a strong push. Make sure to pull the graphics card out smoothly.

You need to take action correctly. Push the lock first, then the graphics card—at least that’s my approach before removing the card. I’d never remove it if it’s stuck in place.
