The GPU I have is an XFX RX 7900 XT with magnetic air cooling. It has already been sent to warranty twice. I've already told them to switch to a different GPU model because I believe this one is faulty and they refuse. I'm thinking about selling it and upgrading to a Gigabyte RX 9070 XT gaming graphics card. If I keep the XFX, it will likely break again and the warranty won't allow a change. ASUS, Gigabyte, and MSI are known for durability.

Likely just a matter of chance. I haven't encountered any issues recently, aside from Gigabyte. A few of their 4090 models were susceptible to damage at the PCIe connector.
Sapphire stands out as another top AMD manufacturer.

Yeah... That's accurate. Sapphire was the top choice for AMD, then ASUS took over, and finally Gigabyte became a strong contender. Back when PowerColor and XFX were around, they weren't as popular.

No, you wouldn't want to sell a faulty card to avoid responsibility.
