About six months ago I purchased a used Zotac RTX 3070 GPU. Recently both monitors began shutting down and the computer restarted during intense usage. I changed the thermal paste and noticed a significant boost of 44% in the SuperPosition Benchmark score. After roughly 20 minutes of heavy gaming, the screens went dark again and the PC restarted. There are no clear warnings before a crash such as screen tears, sudden drops in GPU clock speeds or temperatures. I’m running the newest Nvidia drivers. It seems the power supply unit is adequate. I reinstalled Windows Build Ryzen 5 5500 with Zotac RTX 3070, Thermaltake Litepower 650, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance, and Asus B550 motherboard.
