I’ve been using this custom-built computer for two months and face a really annoying problem. All my drivers are current, and I’m running BIOS version 4.30. No matter which program I use or how long I run it, the screen goes black completely while my GPU stays off. It’s strange since the CPU’s LED lights are on and not the VGA indicator. I’ve reinstalled drivers, reset everything, and even reinserted the GPU, RAM, and CPU. I still don’t see any error messages—just total black screen and GPU shutdown.

Hi there! DRAM signals a red light close to the RAM indicator, indicating improper installation. If you notice the side clips aren’t securely fastened, that’s likely the cause. CPU light signals suggest the motherboard isn’t identifying the processor, possibly due to several reasons. Get more details.
