Last night my Lian Li PSU stopped working, so I switched to another PSU (750 Antec). The GPU is using a lot of power when idle—around 30 to 50 watts. Could this be because of the drivers or the new PSU?

I made no adjustments, I still restored all settings but the GPU remains at 100 watts when idle.

An unusual event occurred, so I restarted the PC. Now it's running at 30 watts, but sometimes it fluctuates between 30 and 100 for a brief moment.

Running at low power is actually typical for this model.
