My GPU is the standard GTX 1070 Strix. All the drivers and softwares and whatevers are all up to date. I've been using the GPU II Tweak software to overclock it a little bit so i have a setting if i need more performance in the future. However I have a few questions about how things work.
1. So I've been using Unigine Valley as my GPU benchmark, and when I overclock my GPU, Valley is telling me that my GPU clock is higher than what GPU tweak is saying. For example, GPU Tweak tells me that the GPU clock is at 1783 MHz on the slider, while the GPU tweak Monitor tells me that the clock is about 1900 while running Unigine Valley, and Unigine Valley tells me that my GPU clock is at 2000MHz. Which one is accurate?
2. I was also just wondering if anyone knew a safe clock speed for the 1070 Strix, and I was also wondering whether or not the voltage should be upped.

Chip performance isn't affected by clock speeds, but voltage and temperature have a bigger impact.
