GPU overclocking caused the monitor to malfunction.
Hi there. I've been using MSI afterburner since I started playing PC games to monitor my temperatures. I looked online for "Safe" GTX 1060 overclocking and found one. It wasn't extremely high, and when I pressed the "Tick" button in the software, my GPU fans increased and about five seconds later my monitor turned off with the message "No signal detected." I panicked and quickly powered down the PC using the power button. Everything worked fine afterward—no lag or crashes. Could this have affected my GPU? If someone could confirm, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
