You’re facing issues after swapping your graphics card. The system kept showing errors and wouldn’t boot normally until you reset it. It seems the problem might be related to BIOS settings or a conflict with the new card. Try checking your BIOS updates or resetting the system through advanced options again. If the same errors persist, consider updating your BIOS or consulting a technician. It could also help to verify the hardware compatibility before proceeding.

Due to a driver conflict from the previous card, ensure you remove the old graphics drivers before installing the new one. DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) is a free tool available at GURU3D.com that will handle the uninstallation automatically. You wouldn’t need to restart the PC if you followed this process before or after experiencing crashes. Open DDU, choose the GPU, set the manufacturer to AMD, and click remove and shutdown. After power-off, disconnect the PSU cable, replace the GPU, restart, and install the 4070 drivers or GeForce Experience. You’ll be ready to go.

Ensure DDU operates in safe mode to retrieve all files and configurations. You won’t be able to access anything else during this process. Activate safe mode, enable network settings, and proceed.

Is there a network requirement for operation? You can download it and use it in safe mode, just because of the WiFi concern.

it doesn't require a network connection to operate. You can download it on another computer and store it on a USB drive for use.

I fixed it by removing all the AMD references. Thanks for guiding me in the right direction.
