I recently switched from a 1660 Super to the RX6650XT, but it isn’t showing up. The keyboard and mouse are working, yet there’s no display. Motherboard model is B450M Pro4, CPU is AMD 5800X, and RAM is 32GB. It functions perfectly with my 1660 but not with the new model.

Check if your setup uses UEFI or Legacy mode and whether you're connecting via HDMI or DisplayPort.

Ensure it's a Ryzen setup, perform a BIOS/CCOS reset, and attempt again.

UEFI is confident, it worked with both DP and HDMI using DP 2.1 and 2.4

Replaced the CMOS battery for roughly 30 seconds and attempted again, but it didn’t work. The GPU fans were also running at that time.

You need to clear the pins manually or use BIOS settings. Replacing the battery doesn't always solve the issue.
