Gigabyte's performance has been nonexistent (RMA request issued, claimed it was fine). Occasionally after shutdown or restart, my GPU fails to recognize monitors or shows video. Rear I/O signals remain stable on the motherboard. A VGA indicator stays lit on the board since the problem began (even when GPU isn't sending video). I've attempted: reattaching GPU to board, inspecting connections, verifying power settings via Windows, updating BIOS on motherboard, and refreshing GPU via AMD utility.
