Hello,
I understand there are many similar threads here, but each post gives a different perspective so it's hard to tell.
The issue resembles what you see in the header title, but at unpredictable times.
PC Specifications
Mobo: ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7800X3D
GPU: Inno3D RTX4070Ti x3 OC 12GB 192Bit GDDR6X
RAM: GSkill Flare X5 32GB (2 x 16GB) 6000MHz CL30 DDR
PSU: FSP HP2-800M Hydro M Pro 800W 80+Bronze
Occasionally, touching the cables or GPU causes the problem.

Occasionally, touching the cables or the GPU causes the issue. Could you clarify? Are you referring to the power cables going into the GPU from the PSU or the display output cable?
What is the make and model of your monitor?

Hello, thank you for your response. The cable connecting the PSU to the GPU appears to be the 12vhpwr model, which includes a converter. My monitor is an LG ULTRAGEAR 27GR75Q-B.

I would opt for a no converter cable specifically designed for your power supply.
It seems the card might be overheating, possibly due to an issue with this connection.
My systems with a 4070TI and 7900X never exceed 500 watts during gaming.

I monitor my temperatures and they never go beyond the safe limits.
They also occur unpredictably, such as five minutes after turning on the computer or while surfing the web.
This happens for a week, then pauses for another week, and then resumes after another week.
