Hello. I’m facing some issues and don’t know how to handle them. I changed from 1080p to 1440p, which caused my GPU to behave strangely. After exiting a game like Call of Duty Cold War, my idle specs look like I’m playing the game. Everizing is set to maximum, and even my control module is at 100%, which is unusual since none of the games run at that level. I have to restart the PC for idle specs to normalize. On Call of Duty Cold War, I’ve noticed some stuttering that hasn’t happened in a long time. When I used to upgrade to an RX 5600 XT about 2.5 years ago, the game ran smoothly for 1-2 hours. But after that, this same problem developed and lasted for 1.5 years. I’m trying to fix it until I upgrade my current GPU, RTX4070 Ti. For seven months, everything worked perfectly. Now it’s starting to stutter again, just like before. If someone knows the cause of these high idle specs, that would help a lot. Also, I’m sorry for the poor performance but English isn’t my first language.

Full system specifications are available, including the brand and model of the PSU. Are the games legitimate?

I think the issue might be there. I tried running Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, which detected several viruses (and some that just look like them). I usually don't use antivirus programs because I have Windows Defender, but it seems to be okay. After cleaning, everything looks fine. Maybe it's normal since most of my games aren't legitimate. Hopefully it's not related to that.
