I can't now I'm in the work but there's nothing in the way. Only that USB case cables that maybe will be the problem.

I could assume that one of the two tabs at the end of the card isn't fitting into the back space.
This would make the card tilt.

If the motherboard were misaligned, I would expect the IO panel to be out as well. But that appears correct and not tilted either. An online protractor shows an angle of 4°, which is quite noticeable. All other parts seem straight. From the video (difficult to view), it seems you need to push it into the PCIe slot at that angle. Either the slot itself is angled, or the connector tab on the card is tilted. If everything were perfectly straight and you had to force it in with another push at such an angle, I suspect damage might be occurring.
