I don’t even grasp how this happened... I just completed assembling my PC and set up Windows on the wrong SSD. Since both drives are identical in size, I couldn’t tell which was correct. Everything seemed fine overall—both SSDs were recognized and functioning, the GPU worked, and everything ran smoothly. When I switched to installing Windows on the other drive, the process completed successfully. However, now that I’m booting from the correct SSD (the M.2 one), my system fails to recognize my graphics card. The monitor is still connected and Windows launches, but it runs a bit sluggishly, indicating the GPU isn’t working properly. Additionally, when I boot from the M.2 drive, both the GPU and network interfaces (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) don’t appear to function as expected. What I’m confused about is why the monitor appears connected but the GPU isn’t detected at all. Parts: MB: ASUS Prime Z690 CPU: i7 12700k GPU: RTX 3080 SSD 1 (m.2): Kingston Fury Renegade SSD 2 (SATA): Samsung 870 EVO Memory: Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 4800
