you might consider replacing it with a familiar standard unit.
if you lack a reliable backup option;
friend, family, or coworker with a functional unit?
or you might reach out to a nearby repair service that would have the necessary parts on hand to inspect all components.
but since this item has such poor quality, I’m sure I’d opt for a higher-quality alternative anyway.
even if it doesn’t resolve the current problem.
