I'm not sure how to solve your issue, but creating a desktop or YouTube video isn't something a GPU can handle well. Don't worry too much and just keep going.

The device handling graphics usually displays the app. Unless it's deliberately set within the program (which is possible), this is generally how things function based on my understanding.

It doesn't recognize IGPU as a rendering choice; it should handle that, which is what I'm working on.

It seems this feature won't function with the current setup. HD 2000 isn't compatible with Windows 10 or later versions.

I have another inquiry. When I run a game with 80 CPU and 40 GPU usage, and I switch to a second monitor for video, I notice my FPS drops even when nothing is at full load. In Minecraft with 100 players and 480p video, performance falls below 60 FPS, while without video it stays above 90-100.

You're using a low resolution for YouTube videos. That consumes bandwidth and isn't cost-free. If one stream is slower than the rest, it can cause lag even when CPU isn't fully busy.

This refers specifically to YouTube, not Minecraft. It discusses video rendering quality on that platform.
