I'm attempting to increase my GPU's performance through the graphics settings. I've set the AMD HD 7750 to use Global Overdrive with default values of 800Mhz and 1125Mhz for memory. While this works well, when I try to adjust it to 850, Firefox resets the GPU, disrupting my overclocking efforts. It seems only Firefox is affected, and I have to close the browser to restore performance. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

I believe I discovered the answer. It seems that when I load the video at the provided link, it utilizes hardware acceleration. Turning it off caused the GPU to drop. Please share your thoughts if I'm incorrect, thank you.
