When the game runs on my PC, GPU usage stays below 20%, CPU is near 40%. FPS drops often, textures fail to load, and it crashes frequently. Should I upgrade RAM and SSD, or is a hardware replacement needed? My current specs are Pentium G4560 GT1030, 4GB RAM, 2400MHz, 120GB SSD, Windows 300GB, old HDD for games.

Only 4GB of memory right now seems quite limited. 8GB would be the lowest capacity most people need, particularly when playing games.

You're working with a low-end setup, so it's best to boost performance gradually. Add more RAM and a bigger SSD for smoother gaming. Once prices stabilize, consider upgrading your CPU and GPU at a later time.
