My system has been experiencing sudden drops to 0% CPU and GPU usage during gaming, and I’m struggling to locate a reliable solution. It doesn’t seem like throttling, as these issues appear even when the hardware is relatively warm (around 50-60°C). I’d appreciate some advice on resolving this frustrating problem, which causes my game to freeze to just 20 frames each time it happens.
