When attempting to play Cyberpunk, my FPS consistently reaches 43fps regardless of the settings used. My CPU and GPU also remain capped around 50% according to NVIDIA software. I've updated all drivers, reinstalled Windows, and even replaced my GPU, but the issue persists. This problem is similar with other games such as Fortnite.

Hello there! Just a quick note about the power supply you're considering. It's recommended to replace it soon with a more durable option from brands like Corsair or Seasonic. Having a 650W unit will help extend its lifespan. What's the age of your PSU, and do you know the BIOS version for your motherboard? Also, what operating system are you using—Windows 10 or another version? Where did you download your OS from?

I am using Windows 10 Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 and downloaded the installer from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10
My BIOS version is 2.91, dated 3/23/2022.
The power supply seems to be nearing four years old, possibly a bit older.
Also, thank you for your assistance!
