Hello, I recently changed out my motherboard and CPU from an Intel i7-9700f MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Plus to an Intel i7-10700f Asus Prime B560-Plus AC-Hes. My internet upload speed is basically nothing. I tried re-doing the drivers, running several command prompts, and it's still not working. Please help me, now I can't stream or upload videos at all. I barely use the internet anymore.

Format your hard drive and start fresh with a new install of Windows. It's impossible to swap everything out cleanly without doing a full wipe. Any other fix just wastes hours because the system will keep failing.
