hi, i'm trying to sign up for linkedin but every time i get to the part where i have to choose which elephant is right side up it tells me i'm not authorized after i've clicked on the elephant that's right side up. i'm trying to do this though the app because my laptop is outdated.
You aren't getting permission because of other things, not just because your computer is old. You should reach out to LinkedIn at this link: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin?lang=en
They aren't approving it because of anything wrong with your computer, or even just that the site looks old. You need to check with LinkedIn directly at this link: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin?lang=en
That link works well on its own. You have a few options to get help, like going to the Safety Center or emailing us at [email protected]. The real problem is that something wrong happened during your signup process, so it's up to you and LinkedIn to figure out how to fix it now.
