haven't come across any information about stadia exclusive games yet. Just thinking it might be possible since it uses Linux instead of Windows, but I don't think Google would create one before gaining a strong foothold in the market.

they are just releasing stadia-only titles, meaning only play on stadio, but what about pc and ps4?

Then whatever information you come across (I believe it has been translated into your language?) is incorrect. Stadia games have been ported to PC. I don't know if there will be console versions; the games that Google has shown so far are all multi-platform, and they haven't mentioned anything about them.
