I understand. I haven't done DVD backup in a while. It's just being used here as an example for someone who might not have the budget for external drives or extra HDDs. DVD remains a more affordable choice and should suffice for a few years before you need more storage. Regarding Google Drive, I mainly use it for my master thesis notes. Photobucket is where I store the photos I want to share.
